“Paranormal Experience in a Tattoo Shop I’m sharing this story to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. 10 years ago, I worked at a tattoo shop that’s now closed. One day, I was tattooing a portrait of a client’s deceased father. As I finished and put my machine away, it suddenly started running on its own, making the characteristic buzzing noise of a coil machine. This happened three times, with pauses in between, and stopped as suddenly as it started. My client and I were shocked and amazed. I took the machine apart the next day, but found nothing wrong with it. After that, I didn’t do portraits for 3 months. But then, another client came in for a tattoo of his deceased best friend. As I finished and cleaned the machine, it happened again - the machine ran on its own for three seconds, stopped, and repeated the pattern. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Was it the souls of the people being tattooed, or something else entirely?
